As this was a retrofitting there were concerns about damage to the property. Following the installation of our new wardencalll and door entry systems, I just wanted to let you know how please both myself and the customers are with it. Your engineers completed the installation and I found them to be extremely professional and also kept the customers very happy. They was very clear on what we could expect, kept there word regarding when hey would be attending each flat etc. The disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. I cannot speak highly enough of them. We received a first class service.

The engineers have been great onsite and have been really patient and friendly with the residents. They have kept everything tidy and communicated where they’re up to daily, couldn’t ask for better operatives on site

Thought you may like to know I have come in this morning (after not being here since the beginning of the works to much positive feedback from many of the residents about the engineers, the work they have been carrying out here and the respectful and courteous manner they have been doing it in.

The intercom system is now fully installed and working well. Tenants are happy with it and have only good reports of the engineer.

My mother resides at the scheme where your company is currently upgrading the call system. On Friday I turns up to pick up my Mother to take her away for the weekend late and stressed I had a flat tyre !. Your engineers overheard my story and offered to change my wheel for me, I was so greatful and they were both brilliant lovely guys.
