Case Study - Student Accommodation

We recently completed a full upgrade of an access control system at numerous blocks of student accommodation for one of customers. There exisiting system had become un-reliable and spare parts had become obsolete.

One of highly skilled surveyors visited site and began a detailed survey and talked to the end user for there requirements.

Once the survey was complete a competitive quotation was put together by one of our estimating team. Here at Incom we have access to various manufactures of access control equipment and we selected the proven Paxton Net2 system as we thought this was best suited to the exisiting cable infrastructure and the customers requirements.

The quotation was accepted and the planning of the installation was taken on by our Project Manager who arranged the equipment, convenient installation date and program of works with the customer.   

The installation of 15 Net2 controllers, 15 P75 readers, PC, desktop reader and a 1000+ fobs were completed as per the program of works much to the customers satisfaction.

The customer is now full control of the system and can add, remove, edit and control doors from the comfort of there office.
