service and support network is well established and all our engineering
staff have instant access to a comprehensive range of service parts
either held by themselves, from our head office or direct from the manufacturer.
At our head office we have our fully equipped in house repair centre
allowing the diagnosis of all faults down to component level ensuring
cost effective repairs for our customers.
From
the simplest of door entry systems through to the most complex of telephone
systems our highly qualified installation teams ensure all our customers
expectations and specifications are met. A member of our project management
team is allocated to all installations at the point of initial enquiry
and see’s the works through to satisfactory hand over to the customer.
All
the members of our engineering team are qualified to a minimum standard
of City and Guilds, are all manufacturer certified and also receive
regular internal refresher training. They also receive regular health
and safety training/updates. Every member of staff employed by Incom
Systems has a comprehensive Police PNC check completed
before their offer of employment can be accepted. They are easily recognisable
by their corporate uniform and decaled vehicles and all carry their
unique photograph id cards. Due to the fact our engineers travel all
over the country we have instigated a comprehensive tracking system
allowing us to pinpoint the location of all staff and ensuring our lone
workers are safe and secure at work.
Incom Systems customer care centre offers
a comprehensive fault reporting service and technical helpdesk. From
the initial call from our customer through to its completion all enquiries
are tracked by the issuing of a unique Service Record Number. For all
enquiries resulting in the need for an engineers visit an appointment
for a mutual convenient time and date is arranged with the customer
and our internal monitoring systems and customers KPI’S ensure
this is met. This service is available to both contract and non contract
customers.
